“Breathe, don’t breathe” | Guiding through Breath
Breath is central to performance, connecting musicians consciously before, during, and after playing. By focusing on breath’s universality and subtlety, and inviting an audience member to guide and influence them, musicians aim to create a new connection between themselves, the guide, and the audience.
