Trio Kobalt

Formed in 2021 at the Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana in Lugano under Pavel Berman, Trio Kobalt—violinist Irenè Fiorito, cellist Lorenzo Guida, and pianist Riccardo Ronda—has quickly established itself as a leading young chamber ensemble. They refined their artistry at the Accademia Perosi in Biella with the Trio di Parma, completed the Cycle Concertiste at the Paris Conservatoire CRR, and study at École Normale de Musique de Paris with Trio Wanderer and at Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia with Ivan Rabaglia. Their artistry has been praised by Misha Maisky, Olivier Charlier, Eckart Runge and others. Prize winners of major national and international competitions, the ensemble has performed at La Roque d’Anthéron, Società del Quartetto di Milano, Museo Bourdelle Paris, Musica Insieme Bologna, and other leading European venues, while maintaining residencies, recording projects, and membership in Le Dimore del Quartetto.
