Trio Brontë is a prize-winning ensemble celebrated for its expressive range and technical mastery. Winners of the Franz Schubert and Modern Music Competition (1st prize and special prize), the Ilmari Hannikainen International Competition (1st prize), and Felix-Mendelssohn-Bartholdy Competition (2nd prize), the trio released its debut album in 2025 featuring Schubert’s B-flat Major Trio and Rihm’s Fremde Szene III, earning acclaim for sensitivity, intensity, and vivid sound. Lili, Chiara, and Annie met at Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin under Jonathan Aner, and have studied with David Waterman, Eldar Nebolsin, Troels Svane, and Frans Helmerson. The trio performs internationally, including Konzerthaus Berlin, Musikverein Graz, Kumho Festival, and upcoming U.S. tour, and was a Britten Pears Young Artist in 2024–25.
