Paddington Trio

Formed in 2020, the Paddington Trio—violinist Tuulia Hero, cellist Patrick Moriarty, and pianist Stephanie Tang—has quickly emerged as one of the most exciting chamber ensembles of its generation. Winners of the Royal Over-Seas League Competition, Triomphe de l’Art, Storioni Concours, and Parkhouse Award, they have performed at Wigmore Hall, LSO St. Luke’s, TivoliVredenburg, and the Festival Internacional Cervantino. Their repertoire blends imaginative programming with a mission to engage new audiences, including concerto performances of Beethoven’s Triple Concerto. The trio has studied with Alfred Brendel, Eberhard Feltz, Robert Levin, Günter Pichler, and members of the Ébène, Takács, Chilingirian, and Meta4 quartets. Ensemble-in-residence at ProQuartet and the Reina Sofía International Institute, they are also mentored by ECMA, ChamberStudio, and NSKA, maintaining a vibrant international career while inspiring young musicians through chamber music programs.
