Ascendum Trio

Ascendum Trio was founded in 2023 by three musicians who met during their studies at the Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz, Poland. The ensemble focus on classic repertoire dedicated for piano trio as well as modern pieces of polish and international composers. The trio’s name derives from the Latin word “ascendere” – which means to rise. This concept reflects the ensemble’s artistic mission: to elevate their collective skills and musical interpretation. For the members of The Ascendum Trio, making music together is an ongoing process of rising – as musicians, performers, and human beings in emotional dialogue with their audience.
