“Listen, See, Feel, Express – A Journey in Mindfulness”: Chamber Music through the Lens of Mindfulness and Participation

A multi-sensory experience through different musical styles and perspectives.

This project responds to the growing sense of alienation from reality by redefining the classical concert format into a dynamic journey in four acts: each act is designed to challenge and expand the sensory experiences of the audience and their understanding of music, fostering deeper engagement, connection, and a sense of communion among the spectators.

The music of Ludwig van Beethoven, Krzysztof Penderecki, and Henryk Mikołaj Górecki, presented in surprising ways, guides the audience through different stages of consciousness.
