A two-part template for MERITAcubed ensembles to structure and present an outreach or special project.

The first section collects the full proposal, including project details and contacts, a summary, relevance to MERITA, objectives, activities, target groups, management, technical requirements, and communication.

The second prepares the shorter project display seen by concert organisers, covering the ensemble, project concept and format, programme, repertoire keywords, target audiences, and presentation languages.
